- Lost or Damaged Luggage coverage: reimburses for checked or carry-on luggage and contents lost or damaged by a common carrier, secondary to the carrier's reimbursement, per the Citi Strata Premier benefits page
- $0 Fraud Liability for unauthorized charges: Citi will not hold the cardmember responsible for charges that are not made by them or by anyone authorized by them on the account
- Citi Identity Theft Protection: complimentary identity theft solutions and assistance restoring identity if cardmembers are victims, included with the Citi Strata Premier
