Terms of use.

Rules of the road for using the Site, the AI Advisor, and paid tiers.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RewardZ Travel (https://rewardztravel.com) and any associated services, including the AI Advisor (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What we are, and what we are not

RewardZ Travel is an editorial content and tools website about credit card rewards, airline miles, and hotel loyalty programs. We are not:

  • A travel agency or seller of travel.
  • A booking engine or reseller of airline tickets, hotel stays, or any other travel product.
  • A licensed insurance producer, broker, or agent.
  • A licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, or tax advisor.
  • A bank, lender, credit card issuer, or representative of any such entity.

All bookings are made directly with third-party providers (airlines, hotels, online travel agencies, insurance companies, credit card issuers) under those providers' own terms and conditions, and any payment is made directly to those providers, not to us. We may receive an affiliate commission when you click through and complete a transaction; see Section 4.

2. Eligibility

You must be 16 or older to use the Site, and 18 or older to create an account or purchase a paid tier. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The AI Advisor, important disclaimers

The AI Advisor ("Advisor") generates responses using a large language model (Anthropic's Claude). Advisor responses are informational only and may contain errors, outdated information, or misinterpretations of your situation. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Specifically:

  • Award space and pricing change constantly. Always confirm availability and price directly with the airline or hotel before transferring points or booking.
  • Transfer ratios and bonus offers expire. Confirm with the source program before initiating a transfer.
  • Credit card terms change. Verify the current sign-up bonus, fees, and benefits with the issuer before applying.
  • The Advisor is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.

We make no warranty that Advisor output is accurate, complete, or current. Use at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on Advisor output, including missed bookings, miscalculated redemptions, or transferred points that turn out to be a worse deal than expected.

4. Affiliate relationships

Many links on the Site are affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and complete a qualifying action (sign up, book, buy points), we may receive a commission from the destination partner, at no extra cost to you. We disclose these relationships in compliance with FTC §16 CFR Part 255 (Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising). See our full advertiser disclosure.

Editorial independence.Our recommendations are our own. We do not let advertisers dictate the content of our articles. We feature offers we believe are genuinely worth our readers' consideration and we cite the math behind every valuation.

5. Credit card content

Credit card descriptions on the Site are editorial summaries. They are not credit applications, not approval pre-screens, and not contractually-binding offers. The actual sign-up bonus, annual fee, APR, and benefits are set by the issuer and may differ from what we show. Always verify the offer terms on the issuer's site before applying.

6. Insurance content

We are not a licensed insurance producer. Insurance products referenced on the Site are sold by their respective issuers (or their licensed producers), not by us. We may receive a commission for referring you to an insurance product, but we do not represent any insurance company, do not negotiate insurance contracts, and do not give insurance advice. Read the policy documents directly with the issuer before purchasing.

7. Account, eligibility, and acceptable use

You may create one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Site.
  • Resell or redistribute Advisor output as a substitute service.
  • Use the Advisor to generate content that violates Anthropic's usage policies.
  • Attempt to evade rate limits, quota gates, or paid-tier checks.
  • Submit false information, impersonate others, or create accounts for spam.
  • Interfere with the Site's operation or other users' access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We do not refund unused turns on terminated accounts.

8. Paid tiers, billing, and refunds

We offer one paid tier, RewardZ Plus, billed by Stripe at the price displayed at checkout ($12/month or $99/year). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file unless you turn off auto-renew before the renewal date.

How to cancel: turn off auto-renew at any time from your billing page or via the Stripe customer portal. Turning off auto-renew stops the next charge; your Plus access continues through the end of the current paid period (month or year, depending on what you purchased), then drops to Free.

All sales are final.Once a billing period has been charged, that charge is non-refundable. We do not refund partial billing periods, unused turns, or annual subscriptions that you decide to cancel mid-term. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. If a paid feature is unavailable for an extended period due to our error, contact us and we'll grant a service credit at our discretion (credit, not cash).

Pricing changes:we may change Plus pricing or quotas with at least 30 days' notice for current subscribers, delivered via email AND a persistent in-app banner. Your existing subscription stays at its current price until your next renewal, after which the new price applies. You can turn off auto-renew before that renewal if you don't accept the new price.

Annual pricing lock: if you buy an annual Plus subscription, the annual rate you paid ($99 at launch) is locked for the full 12 months you pre-paid. We will not raise your rate inside that 12-month period. At renewal, the then-current annual rate applies, and we will give at least 30 days notice (by email and a persistent in-app banner) before any change. You can turn off auto-renew any time from your billing page; turning it off stops the next charge but does not refund the current period.

Monthly pricing is not locked. Monthly Plus ($12/mo at launch) may change at any time starting 3 months after public launch. We will give at least 30 days notice (by email and a persistent in-app banner) before a monthly rate change. The new rate applies to your next monthly renewal after the notice period. You can turn off auto-renew any time from your billing page if you do not accept the new rate.

Free tier: the current free tier (manual wallet up to 5 programs, 25 advisor chats per 30 days, sweet-spot library, transfer-bonus tracker, Credits Tracker) stays free. We may add new paid features over time, but we will not move the existing free-tier features behind a paywall.

Failed payments:if Stripe can't charge your card at renewal, we'll retry for up to 7 days and email you. If all retries fail, your subscription is canceled and your account drops to Free; wallet data is preserved in case you resubscribe.

9. Intellectual property

All Site content (articles, valuations, sweet-spot databases, tools, design) is owned by RewardZ Travel or our licensors, except where another source is cited. You may quote up to a short passage with attribution and a link back. Republication of full articles, redistribution of our datasets, or training of AI models on Site content is not permitted without written permission.

10. Third-party content

We reference third-party brands (airlines, hotels, banks) descriptively under nominative fair use. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those brands except where explicitly stated. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL RewardZ Travel BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RewardZ Traveland its operator from any claim, demand, loss, or damage (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms (including abuse, fraud, or chargebacks). Outside of those cases, the free tier remains available to all registered users for as long as the Site operates. You may close your account at any time at /account. Sections 4-13 and 15-17 survive termination.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we'll email registered users. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and RewardZ Travel each waive the right to a jury trial.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms (along with our Privacy Policy and advertiser disclosure) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
