- Citi Rewards+ Card product change: cardholders whose Citi Rewards+ Card was automatically converted to the Citi Strata Card in 2025 cannot apply for the welcome bonus on the new Strata Card, because they already hold the product
- Citi Travel portal access: cardholders can book flights, hotels, car rentals, and attractions and pay with the card, with ThankYou Points, or with a mix of both. Citi describes the Citi Travel portal as covering a very large worldwide hotel and resort inventory
- Mastercard credit card network (confirmed by Citi's Strata FAQ: 'The Citi Strata Card is a Mastercard')
- Mastercard Global Service: 24/7 customer assistance for lost/stolen card replacement and emergency cash disbursement
