• $95 annual fee, billed at account opening and at each anniversary (Obsidian sits between the no-annual-fee Bilt Mastercard and the $495 Bilt Platinum at the top of the Cardless-issued Bilt Mastercard family)
• Issued by Cardless (not Wells Fargo, which issues the original no-fee Bilt Mastercard) on the World Elite Mastercard network
• Earn 1.5X Bilt Points per dollar on rent payments with no transaction fee for paying rent by card, up to a $100,000 annual rent-payment cap (above the cap, rent earns at the base rate); Bilt is the only major U.S. card program that lets you earn rewards on rent without the landlord accepting cards, by issuing an ACH or paper check on your behalf
• Earn 4X Bilt Points per dollar at restaurants worldwide (dine-in, takeout, and delivery via eligible merchant codes)
• Earn 3X Bilt Points per dollar on travel (including airfare, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and travel booked through the Bilt Travel portal)
• Earn 2X Bilt Points per dollar on all other eligible purchases (a meaningful upgrade from the 1X base on the no-fee Bilt Mastercard)
• Rent Day double points: on the 1st of each month (Bilt's monthly 'Rent Day'), all non-rent earn categories double — 8X dining, 6X travel, and 4X other — up to a monthly Rent Day cap on bonus points; Rent Day also unlocks recurring promotions like point auctions, transfer bonuses, and partner events
• Bilt must be used a minimum of 5 transactions per statement cycle in order to earn points on any spend that statement cycle (a long-standing Bilt program rule that carries over to Obsidian; rent counts as 1 of the 5 transactions)
• Up to $200 annual dining statement credit on eligible restaurant purchases (delivered as statement credits against qualifying dining charges; functions as a partial offset to the $95 annual fee on the first ~$95 of dining spend each year, with the remainder providing net positive value)
• Complimentary Lyft Pink Lite membership for as long as you remain an Obsidian cardholder (enrollment required through the Bilt app), providing member pricing on Lyft rides, priority pickup at airports, and relaxed cancellation; Lyft Pink Lite retails at $9.99/month, so this benefit can offset more than the annual fee on its own for active Lyft riders
• Complimentary Hyatt FIND membership: World of Hyatt's invite-only / paid lifestyle tier offering preferred rates and recognition at Hyatt and Mr & Mrs Smith independent and lifestyle properties (Hyatt FIND is otherwise sold as a paid subscription; Obsidian cardholders receive it as a complimentary cardholder benefit)
• Transfer Bilt Points 1:1 to the full Bilt transfer-partner roster shared across the entire Bilt card family: airlines including Air Canada Aeroplan, Air France/KLM Flying Blue, American Airlines AAdvantage (a unique Bilt partnership not available through any other major U.S. transferable-points currency), Avianca LifeMiles, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles, Emirates Skywards, Hawaiian Airlines HawaiianMiles, Iberia Plus, Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles, United MileagePlus (Bilt is the only U.S. card program with both AA and United as 1:1 transfer partners), Virgin Atlantic Flying Club; hotels include World of Hyatt (1:1) and IHG One Rewards (1:1, with a 3:1 ratio to Marriott Bonvoy)
• Bilt Points are valued at approximately 1.65 cents each per The Points Guy's current valuation, driven primarily by the AAdvantage, Aeroplan, Flying Blue, Turkish, Virgin Atlantic, and World of Hyatt partner redemption ceilings
• Redeem Bilt Points toward rent at 1.0 cent per point (apply points directly against a future rent payment in the Bilt app), toward fitness/SoulCycle classes, toward Bilt Travel portal bookings, or toward Amazon checkout, with transfer-to-partners being the highest-value redemption path
• No foreign transaction fees on purchases made outside the United States (a meaningful upgrade for international dining and travel earn at 4X / 3X)
• World Elite Mastercard network benefits: ShopRunner free 2-day shipping, Lyft credits for Mastercard riders, Fandango promotions, DoorDash DashPass trial, Mastercard Travel & Lifestyle Services concierge, and Mastercard Priceless Experiences
• Cell Phone Protection through Mastercard: when the primary monthly cell phone bill is charged to the Obsidian card, eligible cardholders receive coverage for damage or theft of the phone, up to a per-claim and per-12-month maximum set by Mastercard's World Elite benefit (deductible applies)
• Mastercard Travel Services: trip-cancellation/interruption coordination, lost-luggage assistance, and emergency travel services via the World Elite benefit suite
• Mastercard Purchase Assurance / extended warranty / price protection benefits at the World Elite tier (terms governed by Mastercard's benefits administrator and subject to change)
• Mobile-first servicing: full card management, rent payment scheduling, points balance, transfer to partners, and Rent Day promotions all live inside the Bilt iOS/Android app (Cardless-issued cards inherit Cardless's app-first servicing model rather than the legacy Wells Fargo Bilt website)
• Authorized users: available at no additional annual fee (per Bilt's current published cardholder agreement family standard)
• Eligible for Bilt Neighborhood: the in-app discounts and points-multiplier events at local restaurants and merchants in major U.S. metros (NYC, Austin, Miami, LA, etc.) that are participating in the Bilt Neighborhood program
• Airport lounge access: Not offered. The Obsidian card does not include Priority Pass, Centurion, Capital One, or any other lounge network access; lounge access on Bilt is reserved for the $495 Bilt Platinum tier
• Premium hotel elite status: Not offered. Obsidian provides Hyatt FIND (the World of Hyatt independent / lifestyle membership) but does not confer World of Hyatt Discoverist/Explorist/Globalist, Hilton Honors, Marriott Bonvoy, or IHG One Rewards status
• Global Entry / TSA PreCheck application fee credit: Not offered on Obsidian (this credit is on the $495 Bilt Platinum)
• Annual travel statement credit / airline incidental credit: Not offered on Obsidian (no airline fee credit, no hotel credit beyond the $200 dining credit)
• Companion certificate, airline elite status, or free-checked-bag perks on any specific airline: Not offered (Bilt is a transferable-points program, not a co-brand)
• Primary auto rental Collision Damage Waiver: Not offered as primary at the Obsidian tier; rental coverage falls back to Mastercard World Elite secondary CDW where applicable
