That is one of the few remaining fixed-rate partner-business awards on a long-haul transpacific routing, which matters in an era when most programs have migrated to dynamic pricing. Flying Blue, Air France's program, also prices Air France and Air Tahiti Nui business awards on a promotional basis (the so-called "Promo Rewards" flash sales that have historically floored as low as 50,000 Flying Blue miles one-way), though that figure is dynamic and must be verified against live availability before any transfer. Delta SkyMiles prices the same routing dynamically, meaning the number moves with demand and is often higher than either of those benchmarks.

On the airfare side, the most predictable math runs through AAdvantage.
